The Marshall Goldsmith coaching process is a four-stage journey.

Aspire

You’ll set your leadership journey, and talk about the kind of leader you aspire to be. In turn your coach will share with you what he or she expects of you during the process. We’ll also start planning who to approach for 360 feedback from your peers.

Step 2

Focus

You’ll receive the feedback from your peers and discuss your strengths and weaknesses, as identified by others, with your coach. Your coach will then work with you to identify areas for growth, and how that translates into tangible business benefits.
Step 3

Commit

Together we’ll create your Leadership Development Journey and identify and approach stakeholders who will be giving you input and ideas on how to improve in the areas you’ve identified.
Step 4

Grow

An ongoing process that uses future-focused feedback from your stakeholders to create a continuous improvement cycle for you to measure your progress against, alongside coached skills. We’ll also create metrics that can measure your improvement and growth as a leader.

You’ll discuss your strengths and weaknesses, as identified by others, with your coach. Your coach will then work with you to identify potential areas for growth to accelerate your leadership journey, and how that translates into tangible business benefits.

Team development journey

We’ll help you conduct a team effectiveness review that will help you look at how you currently work together and how you need to work together in the future. Together you’ll define growth areas for your team, agree a business case for change and peers who will give you growth-centric ‘feedforward’.
